I had a great stay at this hotel overlooking the canal and within easy walking distance to town. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, but there was a dangerous corner in one of them that could cause injury. The temperature in the room was too high, making it tough to sleep at night.

The rooms on the quiet side of the hotel with large beds were spacious and comfortable, but I noticed a very nasty corner that could be dangerous if someone fell from the bath. The room temperature stayed at 25/26 Celsius all night, which made it challenging to get a good night's sleep.

The service was extremely helpful in accommodating our requests, and the location was convenient for accessing the city center with water walkways nearby. My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were very spacious with views to the canals and had an amazing view of the lake/Ria de Aveiro, which was great. However, the service was less than welcoming overall, except for reception. The location was ideal for parking and convenient for a stroll to historic Aveiro, but there wasn't much else in the city that would make me want to stay again. The dining options were disappointing with limited choices, but the facilities were decent.
